This is my first and last time booking with OneTravel.com (cheapoair) company. I had to rebook my husband’s ticket to Fiji Island because he had to fly out earlier then schedule date. So called and made the date change and when One Travel re-issued a new ticket for husband instead of canceling his old ticket number they cancelled my daughter’s ticket number. I didn’t know that till my daughter and I arrived in Hawaii (connecting city). I called One travel to solve the problem and do a name change on ticket so my daughter can fly and I didn’t have money to buy a new ticket. This guy Carson was no help at all!. He kept saying that I see that its One travel mistake but we can’t re-issue a new ticket right now coz it has to go through their upper management for this:. I told him that I’m at the Hawaii airport right now and my plan is going to live soon and I don’t have that kind of money on me right now to buy a new roundtrip ticket for my daughter.. I told him to give the phone to your supervisor and he won’t and hanged up on me'. I was so mad but had no other choice but to buy a new ticket for my daughter (lucky my parents were traveling with me and paid for the new ticket).. When I came back from the trip I called One travel and talked to Robin (billing department) and told him the whole story?. He said ok go ahead and fax us a copy of the credit card statement or Airline receipt showing the amount you paid for the new ticket and we will refund you the amount in the next 7-14 business days". I did it right then when talking to him". So when I got an e-mail from one travel for the refund I saw that it was only for $159 and not $164.60. I called today (12/01/2011) and talk to a Tam (billing department) and she told me that they didn’t have enough fund with them in the billing department to refund me the correct amount in the first place and now she will note down my compliant and sent it to her “upper management” and they will make the decision in 7 business days on refunding me back the $5.60. Can you believe that? What an excuse for a big company like this. Now I will have to fight with One Travel till they refund me the $5.60. You should be ashamed One Travel. “What a poor customer service”. Never ever booking with you again even if I had to pay $100 more for my travel with some other company it will be worth the pain I had to go through you. 35b1f33
