Spirit in in cahoots with them but as everyone knows they have their scam down real well also. There is a power company that advertises a scam training operation that teaches trheir customer service reps to avoid really helping the customer. Well OneTravel must have the same instructor. :? Too bad I didn't research. I had to learn on my own mistake that this company is a scam. Booked many times trips trough the internet sites-never a problem. Impossible to reach customer service, after 25 minutes on hold they answer and hung up immediately, it's just a game for them. Horrible!!!!

:( total scam company-they receive your credit card book your trip and use delaying tactics so you do not get the total cost of your trip including their upcharges until well past the 24 hour limit in which they SAY you have an opportunity to cancel--my charges were emailed 50 hours since i booked==if you get caught, phone the airline direct and they refund your money with travel credit-not perfect but one travel does not get all of your money-JIM
