I went through the onetravel.com website to book a business class ticket from DFW to ULN (Ulan Batar, Mongolia). Everything went just as it should, and I received an email which said "your payment has been processed!. Your ticket numbers will be emailed shortly:."

4 days pass, and I had not received any communication from them, so I called the toll free number.. After more than 1 hour on sporadic hold, I was told "there was a miscommunication". We never bought your ticket'. That fare is no longer available|. Your fare now will be about three times more expensive'."

I will never use onetravel..com again and can only recommend that everyone else avoid them as well. 35b3c13
