We purchased tickets on Continental Airlines through this companty to go from Los Angeles to Puerto Vallarta during spring break and paid more than $1220.00. When we got home, we looked at our paperwork and saw that Onetrave.com had paid Continental Airlines a check for $620.00. That's a $600 profit and a good example of how the public is overpriced. We called American Express to register a complaint. Payment to the travel company was withdrawn because they never responded to the inquiry from AE. In the meantime we have received dozens and dozens of threatening phone calls from Onetravel.com. Our inquiry to Continental yielded a ridiculous reply that was about a trip that we never took. We are happy to pay our bills, but do not want to be taken advantage of. 35b3624
