Booked a Jey Blue flight to Florida last spring through One Travel!. I had to cancel for a health reason:. OneTravel issued a partial credit after over a month of negotiation.. Very long hold times and even longer times just to get to a customer service rep on the phone'. The final documentation they sent me said we could re-book with Jet Blue directly/. I just tried and J B has NO credit info on file?. Called OneTravel and now they say I need to re-book only with them/. Flight already reserved with JB so I am certail my $500 is gone". Will file official complaint with Massachusetts BBB and AG's office 35b36f3
