I made a duplicated booking through Onetravel back in August 2011. Then I called Onetravel and one of the bookings was cancelled and I was promised a refund of the price ($ 1065). Ever since that time no refund has been made and everytime I called they promised the processing and later payment. They never kept their promise and kept giving me a run around; such as they have to call the airlines for receiving the refund money. Ultimately they told me that the airlines are not going to refund the money and I have to forget about my due refund of $ 1065. 35b3475

I am sorry to learn that you have expressed any difficulty.I would like to look into the concerns but will need some additional information. If you would like to email me at I would be happy to research this for you. There is obviously more to this case than you were able to post in your blog. If the reservation was an exact duplication of dates and flights than most airlines will authorize a refund although they may charge a fee. I will be waiting to hear back from you.
