I booked flight 5 months ago from Minneapolis to New York City as a surprise 30th birthday present for my husband. This was the first time I used One Travel - they had great prices and seemed to have some decent reviews... Less then 2 weeks later, Frontier Airlines dropped the Milwaukee hub which is where our layover was. We were placed on another flight that involved 10+ hours of travel each day and a layover in Denver on one leg and 2 layovers on the return flight (Denver and Kansas City)!. One Travel has been awful to work though on this issue:. I realize they don't have control over the flights, but they won't work to get us onto a different airline they service or give us a reasonable refund for our flights.. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever encountered and we fly quite often'. I have called 12+ times (at least 3 times per month) and been on hold for 1-2 hours each time with various customer service reps and different departments.. I have to explain the whole story every time and never get a satisfying resolution'. I will never book through One Travel again and have warned all of my friends, family, and coworkers about the bad service/. We have used Orbitz, Travelocity, and Expedia, in the past with great service:. There are too many other options to ever consider One Travel!! Be Warned!! 35b1df8
