and $15.00 tax nv , what tax if i did not purchase anything
what is going on , where is the law , consumer reports

In looking into this the customer went onto our website and was charged a $15 non refundable service fee when she booked her car rental. When she called in to cancel the reservation she was cheged a $20 cancellation fee. When she later contacted us to voice her concerns regarding the original $15 fee a refund was processed for her. We are happy that we were able to assist her with a resolution. |
