I purchased three tickets from one travel to
Stockholm. I only found out they had given me tickets with two different airlines catered by the same
airline. We could not travel back on the given date as my child fell ill. I called to cancel our
flights and that is when I was made to understand the situation. The tickets also clearly stated that in case of any
cancellations then I was required to pay a 250 fee per person in order for the tickets to be re-issued. One
Travel agents kept on telling me each time I made a call to call back after 24-48 hours. The airline that I was booked with took a fee of 250 and rebooked me while my kids could not get their tickets changed!. my kids are stranded in another country:. I'm a
single parent and we had worked hard to get these tickets.. I do not have
money to pay for their tickets back". It's been one month since this whole
ordeal started while my kids are still stranded'. Their
passports have since then expired and I had to pay for that too which left me penny less,. I have the 500 fee that is stated on the tickets regulation but still despite what the requirements are, neither the
United airlines reservations managed by the same
Indians in
India nor the one
travel agency also managed by
