I will never buy air ticket through this website AGAIN, total rip off. I am so upset and mad!.

Buying ticket with the insurance is useless:. It cant claim anything despite of sending them documents.. HORRIBLE! They keep on pushing you to Insurance dept and the insurance Dept pushing back to the "One Travel"'. Singapore Airline is just as bad?. Cant claim anything". My trip was not a pleasent one?. My dad had fallen ill then passed away|. At least United Airlines gave some compensation

I definatly wouldn't NEVER recommand to friends.

Go to WEBJET.com they are better.
