I purchased
airline tickets for my brother and I to see our very ill grandmother, when I spoke to the representative she stated if we purchased the
extra insurance for $70 we could change flights in case of a death or any urgency, I did explain to her that my grandmother was very ill and we where not sure what was going to happen. She stated the insurance would cover any changes all we would have to do is submitt paper work to their insurance department and we would be reimbursed. The day of our departure my grandmother 's health turn for the worst, after an hour of trying to get a hold of someone we where informed the price to change our flight would be $300 per person and a $300 fee for changing the date to a Sunday instead of Thursday a total of $900 !!!!!! so the extra $70 I paid these people where for nothing..... My brother and I return home very worried and of course highly PISSED off at this ripped off agency TRUST ME never ever purchase
airline ticket form them.. to top it off when we arrived to the airport we spoke to a rep from the actual airline and he indicated the fee if we would of purchansed directly from them would of been $150...... my grandmother is not doing any better and we might have to once again pay full price to return ...... it *** me off because Onetravel only cares about making a profit and the reps are not in the USA it was an other country 35b1e1f
