Booked with ONETIME Travel. Sent us an updated change of flight month later. Couldn't see any change in flight info but did notice an error in one of our middle names. Called, got runaround, had to repeat issue several times!. Asked for a US rep:. They didn't have one anymore.. When trying to find out how to correct the error, replied rudely it was our fault and hung up on us! Called US AIR direct'. They told us of a substanital return flight change|. If I hadn't called we would not have know/. They also helped with the name issue in our outbound flight;. Because of the large time difference, refunded our money on our return flight|.
