Got an email requesting an immediate credit card verification and have been sitting on hold for 2.5 hours. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience in my long life of traveling. They also claim that there is live chat on their contact page which does not seem to exist in any way shape or form. I tried calling on skype and called three times to see if it was a que issue, but then at the 2 hour mark one of the open lines connected and then hung up. I am still on hold, while writing this. Maybe they believe people have nothing to do except sit on hold and wait for them. My flight cannot be booked until they verify the credit card. Maybe I'll die while waiting to talk them and none of this will matter. 35b1c47
