I purchased an airline ticket (12/02/2011) through Travel One. Changes in my wife's business plans necessitated a flight change to my itinerary. Began calling Travel One that same afternoon to make the changes. The agency had told me that changes within 24 hours were without penalty. Well, that's if you can get a hold of their 24/7 number. I spent most of yesterday trying to get a call through to them!. Today (12/03/2011) got through easily, but would not change my itinerary with out an additional cost of $93:. I asked how much of that the airfare increase and how much was the penalty.. Travel One's agent told me that was all the airfare increase and he was not assigning a penalty'. Oh bull, I was born at night, but not last night! The airfare increase was from $204 to $297! The regular ticket price was $239 and that's a any-day/anytime set price,. In short, once you have bought your ticket from this company don't count on being able to contact them for a timely change:. Their agent who insisted that $297 was all due to increased airfare was not being honest;. Finally, I could hardly understand this agent". So I will never due business with a agent who sounds like he's from Bombay! Greg 35b1c4f

I bought 3 tickets for $600 I wanted to cancel the next day because I found a better price ticket and they did not answer phone calls voicemails nor emails. When I finally got a hold of them (weeks later) they said that the ticket could not be refunded but credited. Ok fine no problem. BUUUTTT there is a $75 cancel fee, $250 rebooking fee for each ticket (3) and you have to pay the difference. WTF! lemme see 250 x 3 =750 + 75= 825... I have to be *** to accept that. Might as well say bye to $600 than spend $225 more to still say bye to the money anyways. Someone please clarify this cause I am confused... :(
