at first One Travel was helpful, purchased an airline tiket, then passenger changed it mind, thus agent Westley helped cancel the ticket and issue new ticket with an additional collection of $116.00 approx. Then, the traveler wanted to change back to the original itinerary. called Wesley and then emailed him, but no reply- finally called One travel and was helped- they changed back the reservation but did not credit back the $116.00- (The real complaint is that this was all done within the 24 hours and the airlines indcated the ticket could be voided and reissued. One Travel apparnetly just did not want to help me, but keep the money ..I would have thought One Travel was great except that they do not have custoemr apathy. 35b1de1

:( I was very upset to find I and my wife were assigned different seating after paying a not so great price with all the extra cost, such as charging for seat assignments! outragus! I always selected our seating. and we were always together!You people will never see our business again!Or anyone else we know!
